Cancellation Policy
All courses have a minimum duration of 3 months. After this period, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis.
If you wish to cancel or pause your classes, you must notify us before the 15th of the month. If notice is given after the 15th, the cancellation will take effect the following month, meaning the next month will still be charged in full.

Class Rescheduling Policy
For individual lessons:
Classes can be rescheduled as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduled lessons must take place within the same week.
Your monthly plan includes a fixed number of hours (e.g., 8 hours per month), and it’s your responsibility to use them within the scheduled time. If you're unable to attend a class, it's not a problem — but make sure to reschedule it within the same week. Missed classes that are not rescheduled in time cannot be recovered or refunded.
For group lessons:
Group classes cannot be rescheduled unless all members of the group agree to the change. In case of absence, the class will still take place as planned and cannot be recovered or refunded.
